Amolen Basic PETG Filament combines the mechanical strength and thermal resistance of ABS with the ease of printing provided by PLA. Engineered for strong layer adhesion and high impact toughness, this high-grade thermoplastic glycol material melts smoothly without stringing, clogging, or warping—making it ideal for functional parts, mechanical enclosures, outdoor components, and everyday utility prints.
Key Features
Premium Toughness & Durability: Offers superior impact strength and thermal resistance to withstand mechanical stress and outdoor exposure.
Smooth & Clog-Free Extrusion: Consistent material composition ensures bubble-free melting, uniform flow, and zero nozzle jams.
Broad Printer Compatibility: Designed for seamless performance across most standard FDM 3D printers and 3D pens (including Creality Ender, Anycubic, Flashforge, and more).
Vacuum-Sealed Storage: Shipped in a resealable, vacuum-sealed bag with desiccant to protect against atmospheric moisture and prevent stringing during prints.
Recommended Bed Temperature: 70°C – 80°C (158°F – 176°F)
Base Material: Polyethylene Terephthalate Glycol (PETG)
Storage & Usage Tips
Moisture Control: PETG is hygroscopic. Keep the spool stored in the included resealable bag with desiccant when not in use to preserve extrusion quality.
Tangle Prevention: Thread the loose end of the filament through the side spool holes immediately after printing to avoid crossing strands.
