Amolen Glow-in-the-Dark TPU Filament combines flexible Shore 95A elasticity with a vibrant phosphorescent finish, allowing your 3D prints to absorb ambient light and illuminate in dark environments. Capable of stretching up to three times its original length without tearing, this durable, shock-absorbing material is ideal for flexible phone cases, night-time safety gear, wearable art, and custom DIY projects.
Key Features
- Luminous Glow Effect: Infused with premium light-absorbing particles that glow brightly after exposure to natural or UV light.
- High Elasticity (Shore 95A): Delivers exceptional flexibility, high tear resistance, and stretchability up to 3x its length.
- Clog & Bubble-Free Extrusion: Formulated with USA-sourced raw materials for smooth melting, tangle-free spooling, and zero air bubbles.
- Precise Diameter Tolerance: Features strict ±0.02mm dimensional accuracy for consistent feeding across direct-drive and compatible bowden 3D printers.
- Vacuum-Sealed Protection: Ships in a moisture-resistant vacuum-sealed bag with desiccant to prevent stringing and material degradation.
Technical Specifications
- Filament Diameter: 1.75mm
- Spool Weight: 1kg (2.2 lbs)
- Hardness Rating: Shore 95A
- Dimensional Accuracy: ±0.02mm
- Recommended Nozzle Temperature: 190°C – 220°C (374°F – 428°F)

- Base Material: Thermoplastic Polyurethane (TPU)
Printing & Care Recommendations
- Spool Management: Secure the loose end of the filament through the side spool holes immediately after printing to prevent tangles.
- Nozzle Choice: Glow additives contain micro-particles. While compatible with standard brass, a hardened steel nozzle (0.4mm or 0.6mm) is recommended for long-term wear resistance.
- Moisture Control: TPU is naturally hygroscopic. Store the spool in a filament dryer or vacuum-sealed bag with desiccant when not in use.
